Ingredients:
Ingredients A:
- 7 pcs lower part chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp ground garlic
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp seasoning powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
Ingredients B:
- 3 eggs
- 60 ml water
- 300 gr seasoning flour for chicken
- 300 ml oil
Ingredients C:
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cloves chopped onion
- 100 gr Prochiz Quick Melt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoning powder
- 3 egg yolk
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
- Marinade chicken thighs with ingredients A for 45 minutes
- After marinaded, dip chicken thighs in egg yolks and water, then coat with seasoning flour
- Fry chicken thighs until the color changes to golden brown
- For cheese sauce: stir fry garlic and onion with butter until fragrant and the color changes. Put in milk and PROCHIZ Easy Melt. Stir until cheese mixed well .
- Add egg yolks, ground pepper, and seasoning powder to sauce, cook until thickened. Then smoothen cheese sauce with blender
- Serve fried chicken with cheese sauce
