Gulai Ayam Keju

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 3 stalks lemongrass
- 1 thumb-sized galangal
- 3 bay leaves
- 5 lime leaves
- 170 gr Prochiz Spready
- 500 - 750ml Water
- 1 whole chayote
- Sugar, salt, oil, lime, & flavouring to taste
Ground spices:
- 8 cloves shallots
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 candlenuts
- 8 red chilli, remove the seeds
Directions:
- Chop the chicken, and squeeze the lime juice on it. Wash and drain
- Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices until smooth. Add lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, and bay leaves
- Put in chicken and stir until its color changes. Pour water then cook until it boils
- Add chayote, wait until cooked
- Add PROCHIZ Spready, sugar, salt, pepper, and flavoring. Cook until it boils and the seasoning absorded
- Pour it into a bowl and you are ready to serve
