Gulai Ayam Keju

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 stalks lemongrass
  • 1 thumb-sized galangal
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 170 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 500 - 750ml Water
  • 1 whole chayote
  • Sugar, salt, oil, lime, & flavouring to taste
Ground spices:
  • 8 cloves shallots
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 8 red chilli, remove the seeds

Directions:

  • Chop the chicken, and squeeze the lime juice on it. Wash and drain
  • Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices until smooth. Add lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, and bay leaves
  • Put in chicken and stir until its color changes. Pour water then cook until it boils
  • Add chayote, wait until cooked
  • Add PROCHIZ Spready, sugar, salt, pepper, and flavoring. Cook until it boils and the seasoning absorded
  • Pour it into a bowl and you are ready to serve
