Fol Au Vent Shrimp Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 pcs Puff Pastry
- 250 ml milk
- 75gr PROCHIZ Spready
- 50gr PROCHIZ Cheddar
- 5 pcs shrimps
- 100gr mushroom
- ½ red paprika
- ½ onion
- 1 pcs bay leave
- 1 pcs clove
- salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder
Directions:
- Cut the puff pastry into 3 pieces. Stack the dough and spread with egg to make it sticky. Put in the baking tray and bake in oven with temperature 200 degree for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
- Saute-fry mushroom and peppers. Add milk, onion, clove and bay leaves until cooked. Add prochiz spready and seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté -fry the shrimps until cooked.
- Prepared the puff pastry, pour with the cream and put the shrimps on the top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve when still hot.
