Tuille Minced Beef & Cheese

Prochiz used:



  • 105 gr flour
  • 75 gr butter
  • 60 ml milk
  • 3 gr icing sugar
  • salt, black pepper
  • 250 gr minced meat
  • 100 gr Prochiz Cheddar
  • 50 gr onion cut julienne
  • 2 pcs garlice
  • 1 pcs red chilli cut juliene
  • 1 pcs green chilli cut juliene
  • 1 tsp salty soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • salt, sugar, and pepper


  • Mix all the ingredients and pour the dough on baking paper make a circle shape with diameter around 20 cm and baked in temperature 170 degree for 6 minutes. After cooked put on rolling pin and cool it to make the dough curved.
  • Saute garlic and onion, addd minced meet and mix well. Add salty soy sauce, sesame oil, prochiz cheddar, pepper, sugar and salt. Add chili then stir until cooked.
  • Prepare the tuille and fill with the meat filling. Sprinkle with red and green chilli. Add cheddar cheese. Serve when still hot with chilli sauce
